Alamandria invites you to a special meditation workshop at Potocki Paterson Art Gallery which will be exhibiting a series of paintings and alter pieces created by Emily Fletcher entitled Roses of the Soul.

The workshop will focus on enkindling a sense of personal wellbeing, peace and inner stillness, the source of healing and personal renewal. Facilitators Emily Fletcher and Mark Geard will work with the idea of inner soul nourishment and ‘heart health’ which has been the inspiration behind Emily’s beautiful and content rich exhibition. Join us through a guided series of meditative activities focused on these works and associated themes.

This workshop will be a unique opportunity to move beyond viewing works of art from a purely subjective viewpoint by entering meditatively and imaginatively into the creative content, energy, forms and colours, through heightened perceptive awareness.

Treat yourself to an afternoon of beauty, peace and personal discovery through meditation and creative imagination.
